Coaching Practices
Coaching is the core of our service to individuals and organizations. We uphold the highest standards of integrity for our organization and for the profession of coaching. As we witness each client's inherent greatness, we coach to support individuals to maximize their own performance and guide them to learn and discover rather than to be advised and instructed. Our founder is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and believes in the guiding principles that govern that organization's philosophy. Nonprofit Staff Success International employs coaches who have graduated from an ICF approved school of coaching mastery and who follow the guiding principles that govern the field of coaching. All sessions are confidential and directed by the client, not the coach.
Training
We believe that coaching combined with training provides the highest Return on Investment (ROI) for the nonprofit organization. In designing customized programs based on the organization's strategic plans and needs, we support the organization's desire to create an environment that demonstrates employee development as a high priority.
We seek innovative, ground-breaking training to allow organizations to absorb new concepts that will foster the development of high-quality, creative and innovative staff.
Reliability
If we make promises, we meet or exceed those promises; otherwise, we do not make them. We do not take lightly our commitments. While we cannot guarantee individual or organizational success, we provide the highest quality service delivered by leaders in the field. Likewise, we ask our clients to commit full on to the process of coaching and demonstrate consistency in scheduling and participating in coaching and training events.
Work-Life Balance
Recognizing that the life of a nonprofit professional can be stressful and overwhelming at times, we strive to combat burnout and compassion fatigue with strong self care routines and healthy work-life balance. By addressing the person and the challenges they face, we can create happier, healthier and more productive staff members who are supported by their coach and enjoy greater satisfaction with their work within the organization.
