Our mission is to create awareness and ignite the integration of processes and solutions for the growth and success of our clients. We do this by developing coaching, training and consulting partnerships to strengthen individuals and organizations in the nonprofit sector.
Coaching is the core of our service to individuals and organizations. We uphold the highest standards of integrity for our organization and for the profession of coaching. As we witness each client's inherent greatness, we coach to support individuals to maximize their own performance and guide them to learn and discover rather than to be advised and instructed. Our founder is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and believes in the guiding principles that govern that organization's philosophy. Nonprofit Staff Success International employs coaches who have graduated from an ICF approved school of coaching mastery and who follow the guiding principles that govern the field of coaching. All sessions are confidential and directed by the client, not the coach.
Training
We believe that coaching combined with training provides the highest Return on Investment (ROI) for the nonprofit organization. In designing customized programs based on the organization's strategic plans and needs, we support the organization's desire to create an environment that demonstrates employee development as a high priority.

Recognizing that the life of a nonprofit professional can be stressful and overwhelming at times, we strive to combat burnout and compassion fatigue with strong self care routines and healthy work-life balance. By addressing the person and the challenges they face, we can create happier, healthier and more productive staff members who are supported by their coach and enjoy greater satisfaction with their work within the organization.
